The Scrap Age Of Automatic Fire Alarm System And Gas Fire Extinguishing System

Automatic fire alarm system

1) The service life of the automatic fire alarm system shall not exceed twelve years and shall be scrapped when the service life is reached. The scrapping conditions and treatment methods shall comply with the provisions of GB29837.

2) The service life of the battery shall not exceed four years and shall be scrapped when the service life is reached. If the service life is not reached but there is severe surface deformation, rust, leakage, etc., it should also be scrapped.

Gas fire extinguishing system

1) After inspection, the fire extinguishing agent or driving gas cylinder shall be scrapped if any of the following conditions occur:

a: Reaching the design service life

b: Check the factory date stamp, steel welded gas cylinders that are over 20 years old

c: Check the factory date stamp, steel seamless gas cylinders that are over 30 years old

d: Failed the water pressure test;

e: There are obvious flame burn marks:

f: Other inspections do not comply with the relevant provisions of GB13075, GB13004, TSGR0004.

2) The refrigeration unit shall be scrapped when it reaches the design service life or the refrigeration function fails and cannot be repaired.

3) The system components shall be scrapped when there is collision deformation, severe rust and other obvious mechanical damage or functional loss that cannot be repaired.

4) The pipe network and nozzles shall be scrapped when there is collision deformation, severe rust and other obvious mechanical damage.
